Districts around the state are our best source of word of mouth awareness for Camp Rocky. We are happy to send you printed material (including postcards, flyers, or tri-fold brochures), and will add your district contact information if you would like.
Registration Steps
In order to streamline the registration process and provide clear steps for families and supporting districts, we’ve updated our registration process
Step One: Pre-Registration
Camp families by completing our pre-registration form, which helps us gather essential details. Families indicate if they are in need of a scholarship to enable attendance.
Step Two: District Contact
We will reach out to the local conservation district where the family lives if the family requests a scholarship. We’ll provide background on the application, including the camper’s short-essay responses about why they are interested in natural resource conservation. The District then advises if a scholarship will be provided.
Step Three: Complete Registration
Families are advised of registration availability and provided a link to complete full registration, medical and permission forms, and provide payment for any uncovered balance.
Districts are provided an invoice or can pay for a scholarship online, specifying a recipient or offering an unrestricted scholarship for students in need
