​Our counselors are volunteer staff members who are passionate about resource conservation and creating a fun and engaging camp environment. Our facility is truly a hidden gem in the Colorado Mountains, surrounded by examples of all of Colorado's natural landscapes with great access to hiking, fields and courts for all types of sports and traditional camp games, and a fantastic kitchen team who keep us well fed.
The Counselor Role
Junior Leaders participate as a member of the staff team, while still getting to participate in the educational and recreational components that make Camp what it is.

Plan and lead games, activities, and camp traditions

Supervise a cabin of 6-8 campers

Support instructors in natural resource groups

Ensure the health and safety of participants by working closely with the leadership team.

Serve as a positive role model, embodying the principles of servant leadership
